Truth about HOPCC

Let us take a moment to look into the Truth about HOPCC. There are so many testimonies of the infallibility of experiences that have taken place in HOPCC. Jesus answered, “You say that I am a king. In fact, the reason I was born and came into the world is to testify to the Truth. Everyone on the side of truth listens to me.”  “What is Truth?” retorted Pilate. With this, he went out again to the Jews gathered there and said, “I find no basis for a charge against him.

Paul preached to the Corinthians in II Corinthians 4:1 to 6, “Therefore, since through God’s mercy we have this ministry, we do not lose heart.  Rather, we have renounced secret and shameful ways; we do not use deception, nor do we distort the word of God. On the contrary, by setting forth the truth plainly we commend ourselves to everyone’s conscience in the sight of God.  And even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing.  The god of this age has blinded the minds of unbelievers, so that they cannot see the light of the gospel that displays the glory of Christ, who is the image of God.  For what we preach is not ourselves, but Jesus Christ as Lord, and ourselves as your servants for Jesus’ sake.  For God, who said, “Let light shine out of darkness,” made his light shine in our hearts to give us the light of the knowledge of God’s glory displayed in the face of Christ.

The Truth about HOPCC is found and II Corinthians 4:7 – 13, “we have this treasure in jars of clay to show that this all-surpassing power is from God and not from us.  We are hard-pressed on every side, but not crushed; perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not abandoned; struck down, but not destroyed.  We always carry around in our body the death of Jesus, so that the life of Jesus may also be revealed in our body.  For we who are alive are always being given over to death for Jesus’ sake, so that his life may also be revealed in our mortal body.  So then, death is at work in us, but life is at work in you.  It is written: “I believed; therefore I have spoken.” Since we have that same spirit of faith, we also believe and therefore speak,”

Here at Truth About, we cannot help to reiterate that the Truth about HOPCC is it has been a blessing to so many people! It simply doesn’t matter how great the world is seeking to be; House of Prayer is full of earthen vessels; those who remember where they have come from. The pits of sin they were in. The drugs that bound them, the alcohol, bitterness, and anger they were drowning in and suffocating.  A bunch of broken people who have laid down their lives for the cause of Christ. Those whose family, children, marriage, and health were at the end of their rope. Hopelessness beat relentlessly on their door in exasperation, and stress filled the air.

Oh, but thank God for the soul winner that came by right on time. Then he put the man on his own donkey, brought him to an inn and took care of him.  The next day he took out two denarii and gave them to the innkeeper. ‘Look after him,’ he said, ‘and when I return, I will reimburse you for any extra expense you may have.’ “Which of these three do you think was a neighbor to the man who fell into the hands of robbers?”  The expert in the law replied, “The one who had mercy on him.” Jesus told him, “Go and do likewise.”

The Truth about HOPCC is it is a giving church.

The sacrifices of those in House of Prayer show plainly that it is not about “me”; it’s about “others” the Truth about HOPCC is that men, women, and children all take part in taking care of others. The families have been very, very blessed. Money isn’t spent on alcohol, cigarettes, drugs, and clubs anymore. The people aren’t pursuing the “vacation of a lifetime” new hobbies and many other vanities that, though pursued to fill the void, serve only to magnify it, and deepened the pit within.  The Truth about HOPCC and the financial giving serves as a model that needs to be experimented around the universe. HOPCC is filled with people not seeking to be rich but seeking to find someone to help, as seen in Philippians 4: 11 to 18, “I am not saying this because I am in need, for I have learned to be content whatever the circumstances.  I know what it is to be in need, and I know what it is to have plenty. I have learned the secret of being content in any and every situation, whether well fed or hungry, whether living in plenty or in want.  I can do all this through him who gives me strength.  Yet it was good of you to share in my troubles. Moreover, as you Philippians know, in the early days of your acquaintance with the gospel, when I set out from Macedonia, not one church shared with me in the matter of giving and receiving, except you only; for even when I was in Thessalonica, you sent me aid more than once when I was in need.  Not that I desire your gifts; what I desire is that more be credited to your account.  I have received full payment and have more than enough. I am amply supplied, now that I have received from Epaphroditus the gifts you sent. They are a fragrant offering, an acceptable sacrifice, pleasing to God.”

The Truth about HOPCC

There is a Psalm that embodies the Truth about HOPCC, and it’s a blessing to so many people, which is found in Psalm 103:1-8,  “Praise the LORD, my soul; all my inmost being, praise his holy name.  Praise the LORD, my soul, and forget not all his benefits—who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases, who redeems your life from the pit and crowns you with love and compassion, who satisfies your desires with good things so that your youth is renewed like the eagles. There had been those healed of incurable diseases, cured of cancer, healing of broken bones, liver and kidney problems, swollen brains, fibroids, tumors, and the list goes on. Yes, there is power in prayer. House of Prayer believes fully in the power of prayer. There is power in House of Prayer concerning intercessory prayer. Doors have been open, local leaders and community leader’s hearts have been touched and moved by the power of intercessory prayer.
